Signage in car wash shines

I was on the road the last couple of days, flying into the US via Buffalo because my national airline charges twice as much for a similar flight south.

There’s not a pile to do on a Tuesday night in Cheektowaga, so I stopped in a Delta Sonic car wash and gas bar to get a couple of beers and junk food so I could watch some hoop back on the hotel TV. There, right above and behind cash, were three big widescreens playing content that was cascading across the three monitors.

The screens were humping car wash services, up-selling people, and pointing out impulse buys like soda and potato chips. In short, it was really well-targeted and so prominent at cash you couldn’t help but notice it.

I don’t know who put it together, but it works!
